October - Change is gonna come!

There is so much going on in the month of October. It's traditionally known as Breast Cancer Awareness month, Halloween, Columbus Day, and the beginning of Autumn.
The one that sticks out to me, that I enjoy the most, is the beginning of Autumn. My unequivocally, undeniably, most favorite time of year is Autumn!
Autumn is when God repaints the naturescape, puts some of it to sleep, and repurposes some of it for different uses. Nothing is more beautiful to me than seeing the graceful transformation of leaves on the trees turn to brilliant reds, yellows, oranges, and greens. And, when the rain washes the bark of the trees and the contrast against the beautifully painted leaves is a rewarding treat if you're on a nature trail walking through the park, forest, or lush garden! In my opinion, the Mona Lisa ain't got nothing over God's majestic beauty.
When I was still in the workforce, I grew to love acknowledging Columbus Day. Why, because it usually meant I had a free day off from work! Selfish, I know. I do, however, appreciate the other notable mentions above as being specific to the month of October. It's just that Autumn always reminds me that God is still in control and at the center of everything that happens. He created Nature! And to watch with my own eyes how nature behaves and demonstrates obedience to Him when it adapts itself to the cooler climate is just amazing!
However, we are not nature; we are humans, and the way we adapt to changing situations inside our lives and all around us depends on how much we rely on our faith in God. I'm not trying to be preachy or judgmental..." I'm just saying". I will say, though, that He has never let me down, when I seek Him, He answers, and I am very grateful and privileged to serve Him.
If you have anything special to you about the month of October, would you kindly share it wiith us here in the safe, secure, non-judgmental community space for healing? We would love to hear from you.
God's Blessings and Love!
